SerenaMail is a joint Venture between Alinto Group and Pricewin Networks a Barcelona based Company. The SerenaMail solution, created by Pricewin Networks in 2002 is a leading Spanish player in management of the security of communications and email systems of companies. This involves detecting spam, viruses, phishing and safeguarding customers’ systems against Directory Attacks (DHA) and Denial of Service (DoS). All this with flexible solutions that do not require installation or maintenance for a quick and risk-free start-up.

Famous customers such as Activa Mutua, Asepeyo, Codorniù, Damm, Desigual, Mango, … relies on us. In 2019, SerenaMail joined Alinto Group an European leading company based in Lyon, Madrid and Zurich, pure player of messaging services focusing on empowering and securing email platforms.

 

Job position

 

SerenaMail is looking for a Business Development manager  As business development manager, you are responsible for the sales development in Spain. You sell our innovative email security cloud solution to current and new customers. You develop country and customer specific sales strategies according to our revenue and growth targets. You identify customer needs, market requirements and activities by conducting market research and analysis.

  • You manage direct sales and partner sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
  • You increase our current customer base thanks the “cross-sell” group solutions
  • You maintain existing relationships to key customers and partners through sustainable care.
  • You support our marketing activities and participate in networking events & conferences
  •  You will be in close relationship with our marketing team in Madrid and report directly to the CEO

 

Skills

 

SerenaMail will look for candidates with the following background:

  • 5+ year’s experience of successful B2B IT solution selling targeting resellers and operators at executive level (CTO, CMO and potentially CEO in SME’s).
  • Genuine experience of how to conduct a needs analysis and create a convincing value proposition that addresses critical business issues.
  • Experience in working in a fast growing and competitive environment.
  • Ability to manage long term sales process
  • Native Catalan or Spanish with fluent Catalan, complete fluency in English.
  • Ability to speak French will be appreciated.

  • Must be self-motivated, passionate, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enjoys a challenge and ability to develop long lasting business relationships.
